Mubasher: Oman Chromite invited its shareholders to attend an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 2 November to discuss selling the company’s 45% stake in Al Batinah Quarries Company.
The step comes in order to stop the losses resulting from this investment, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.
